Yay! We got us a treadmill today. I know, I know, I can just go out for a walk, but this way, I can listen to loud music or watch a movie while using it. Also with having asthma and have low sugar problems being diabetic, I will have my medication at hand etc if needed. Sometimes if I am out and about I get low blood sugar if I am on my feet for too long and get dizzy and feel sick and that was just out shopping. Also doesn't matter if it is rainging or snowing out!
