Post Pull-ups vs. Power clean
so i'm really forking hating the barbell row right now, and thinking of either replacing it with pullups (which i can probably do a fair amount of in the time it takes me to complete my rowing set, and i even weight more than i row right now), or power cleans (which i'd have to spend some time on to improve my technique before starting to add weight). thoughts?

fork rows. You're already deadlifting, so yeah, go for cleans and pullups. Ideally, you should be doing both, but if you had to pick one I'd go for the clean. It's a more valuable exercise because it's explosive in nature.
