Post I am a Banana's special sauce...
so... Mikey wanted to be hooked up... Here goes!

Ingredients.

Butter
Medium/large onion finely chopped
1 small bottle of Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrin's 150ml if you can get it)
1 oxo cube (bouillon/stock cube. Beef if you're cooking red meat - steak/meatballs etc, chicken if you're cooking white meat - turkey/pork/chicken)
1 tub of FULL FAT cream!!! oh YEAH baby!!! (300ml or so)
Coarse ground pepper

Method.

Heat butter, add chopped onion and sweat/cook 'til it's soft and clear.
Add Worcestershire sauce - all of it - and reduce it to a thick gloop.
Add stock cube while the sauce is reducing.
When it's at a thick consistency, take it off the heat and add the cream - stir it in completely.
Turn heat to medium and add the coarse ground pepper - use your own judgement here... How "peppery" do you want it?
Mix it all in and keep stirring.

Now... Depending on what meat you're cooking and how you're cooking it, when the meat's practically done, you add the sauce to it and finish off cooking the meat. Plate the meat up and let it sit for a minute or two, keep the sauce hot and stir in all the meat juices. Add whatever carbs and veg to the plate, then spoon on the sauce.

So many different ways to cook different meats but if you bake/roast anything in the oven, remember to drain off the excess water from the dish as you don't want it - it's not "meat juices".

Frying meat pretty much lets the water evaporate.

Most of all... enjoy and add/remove things to suit your tastebuds. F-Bomb got me to add mushroom to it, frying with the onion (though it takes longer cos mushrooms are full of liquid) and it tasted pretty good over some baked turkey breast steaks.

Not going to lie to you, the title really threw me off, I thought it would be about...no you know what that's fine.

Looks really good, I may have to attempt making this at some point myself!

speaking of grilled cheese, I learned this trick somewhere and you grilled cheese masters probably already know it but have you made it with using real mayonaise(mayo side down on skillet) instead of butter when pan frying? WOW it makes it sooo much better in my opinion.

Not a huge fan of mayo myself, but the wife loves it so maybe I'll try it for her. I would try anything once, for a woman.

You don't taste the mayo, it cooks out. I think its the fat/oil in it the moistens the bread and makes it perfect golden crisp perfection.
trust me canada, I wouldnt steer you wrong ;)
