I've never had true authentic Chicago Pizza, now I have been to a place or two that say it's Windy City Pizza but I have no base to go on but in all honestly if their Pizza is anything close to the real Windy City pizza I would question the quality in a heart beat.

I'm Cajun so food for me is a right of life. I have eaten stuff that would gag most people so when it comes to food I can be very critical and even down right rude about it. I moved to Texas and it was the first time I truly understood what Cajun food was all about. The people who say real Cajun food have no clue what Cajun food is. I love Craw-fish and I eat them as much as I can but here in Texas, Craw-fish are boiled Craw-fish with a seasoning sprinkled over them. Man I was like no f-n way. Anyway, I'm going to start travailing the country here soon, I want to try food from places that it was born from not mimicked. I have had some good pizza from a place called Tower Pizza in New Orleans, if Chicago Pizza is better or even close I will be in heaven.

With all the gym time I'll need all the calories I can get my hands on LOL!

Come stay with me for a bit and we'll hook you up! Remember, now that Lexi is gone I have two empty bedrooms and an upstairs loft I don't use. It'd be like having a hotel suite, lol!!

I actually make my own pizza using a pizza stone. I use a Boboli wheat crust, healthy choice sauce, and some fat free cheese. Bake at 375 and enjoy

Pizza rocks, but I find that a lot of places (UK and US) have a deep crust. Personally, I love a thin or stonebake. Lots of cheese, lots of pepperoni, lots of garlic and some pesto thrown in. Maybe some additional meat, and well cooked. Nice and g ooey and melty....

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

God damn I want pizza...

oh and throw on Jalepinos... mmmmmmm spice!!!

Thin crust is good but sometimes - SOMETIMES you NEED a thick, bready, crust.... Either way chicago is where you want to be. Everyone makes pizza but no one has made it an obsession like we have!
