2 cans Tuna
one or two whites & one whole egg (enough whites so tuna is not dry)
some chopped or jarred garlic (optional) *note: Garlic salt works well for those not really into much garlic*
chopped onion &/or celery & or pickes (yes pickles!)
lemon pepper
dill weed

Mix it all together. Pour in pan - cook on stove (covered) until golden brown - then flip & cook other side.
Serve w/ mustard mixed w/ equal (tastes exactly like honey mustard) or use honey mustard (found in the mustard's not dressing - it's actually mustard...just lower in sugar)
